Incorrect lifting is a common cause of damaged chassis and can badly affect the longevity of the park home.

Long, trouble free support

Any unit over 10’ wide and 29’ in length are blocked at 12 points as standard (smaller units 8 point unless specified otherwise). Full size, treated wood is sourced for each installation to combat settlement over time. Screw jacks can also be used should your specification require this. In any case, we recommend the centre support points should be solid concrete blocks with treated timber packers. Steps are also supported with full pavers or bricks which are, where possible, buried to ground level to ensure the continued safety of the steps.

Safeguarding resale value

All blocking points are individually levelled and the very best materials used. This helps prevent internal problems and aids the resale value of the unit. Visually, it is also appears safer and looks neater to clients and site staff.

For windy areas we recommend galvanised chain and shackles to anchor units to the ground. We can supply and fit ground anchors to hard standings or grass / gravel pitches.
